ASSET SIZE
We target asset sizes between £15m-£25m single lots and portfolios of up to £100m with a base case IRR of 12% accompanied by multiple angles that would substantially boost the returns closer to 20%.

We are an adaptable family investor not tied down by fund life, capital constraints, sector obligations or leverage restrictions.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
We primarily focus on UK investments but also have many partnerships in retail, office and residential markets across the USA, Europe and Israel. We originate and actively manage value-add and opportunistic deals and invite investors to join us in structured investments.
