Daniel Klein

Daniel began his career at F&C REIT Asset Management in 2009 as a Fund Manager on several cross-sector portfolios with over 300 assets valued at £1bn. Within his role, he successfully transacted in both UK and Europe over £300m of real estate across retail, office and industrial sectors and took on the responsibility for planning investment strategy, liaising with funders and investors. In 2014, Daniel set up Cervidae to assist UK & international clients invest throughout the UK and beyond. Globally, Cervidae have helped to transact £200m of real estate through both direct and indirect investments.
