Machane Yehuda

Together with partners, acquired a vacant piece of land adjacent to the country’s busiest and most high-profile food market in city-centre, Jerusalem.  Currently used as a car park and surrounding a building of historic nature, the site had planning permission for a mixture of retail and commercial. Purchased in 2015 the planning permission has since been doubled and the site will create an 18,0000sqm extension to the Market plus 200 high-end apartments in what has become the trendiest part of Jerusalem. PEI COBB are master architects for the scheme in what is being described as a new heart for Jerusalem.
