Maurice Roberts

Maurice has over 15 years property investment experience having set up and run a niche investment agency since 2006, specialising in opportunistic investment and acquisitions for a number of retained family trusts. During this time, he has been involved in cross sector transactions totalling in excess of £100m. Maurice brings to the Cervidae team his aptitude for spotting value and an eye for detail, coupled with a tenacity to manage the execution of complex projects. Maurice is responsible for sourcing, analysis and execution of new opportunities as well as the asset management of our existing portfolio.
