Large Portfolio of approx. 250,000 sqf based in the North East of England. The portfolio is majority industrial stock but also includes office, retail warehousing and land. These assets have been purchased in both individual lots, as well as smaller portfolios since 2014, with an emphasis on low cap value and the opportunity to enhance through active asset management. The portfolio provides exposure to undervalued assets in key growth areas with spread risk.
