Woolworth Building

This iconic lower Manhattan building was purchased with Blackrock in 2013 to convert the upper floors into high end residential condominiums. On account of the historic nature of the building, only premium-level contractors and operatives have been allowed on-site with the first units being delivered to market in 2018. Alchemy are project managers with CNY as main contractor. Headlines include a 360-degree view of the Manhattan bridges, Statue of Liberty and a 5-floor penthouse being marketed at $110m.
