A majority vacant office building purchased in 2017 in Frimley town-centre. The property is situated adjacent to the station and on the High Street, offering both convenience of local shopping as well as good commuting links to London. During 2017 successful negotiations took place with the tenants to surrender their leases, all have since vacated the building and works are due to commence in early 2018 to convert the property into 35 one, two and three bedroom flats under Permitted Development laws. Plans are being drawn up to explore the possibility of adding further units on an additional floor.
